Commenting on the decision of the administrative court in Chemnitz on the III Weg posters, Christoph Heubner, Executive Vice President of the International Auschwitz Committee said in Berlin:

"The decision of the administrative court in Chemnitz, to allow posters with a blatant call to murder to remain on display during the federal election campaign in Saxony is absolutely irresponsible following Halle and Hanau. The reasoning provided by the court is equally absurd, as is the judgement itself, and it leaves not only survivors of the Holocaust dumbfounded, in view of the court itself and in view of the repeated tolerance towards the hate propaganda of right-wing extremists."
