Commenting on the renewed exhibition of Holocaust cartoons in Iran, Christoph Heubner, Executive Vice President of the International Auschwitz Committee, said in Berlin:
"For the survivors of the Holocaust this exhibition is an attack on the dignity of their murdered families and an attack on human dignity as a whole. Where are the vestiges of dignity and hope shared by humanity, when the murder of millions of Jewish children, women and men is held in such contempt and ridiculed in a world of increasing hatred and anti-Semitism? For Iran these are days of shame, and for the survivors they are days of grief."
